At checkout, after selecting the desired Gift Card amount, you can choose to pick it up directly at the shopping center using the Click&Collect service, or have it delivered to your home — or sent straight to the person you wish to gift it to.
The Gift Card can be used in all stores within the shopping center that have a POS terminal accepting Mastercard® payments and participate in the center’s Gift Card Program. You can find the list of participating stores above, before the FAQs.
The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Of course! You can select the amount for each Gift Card, from a minimum of €5 to a maximum of €1,000. The Click&Collect option allows a maximum amount of €400 per transaction.
It depends on the store’s checkout system. You can combine multiple Gift Cards into one by calling the toll-free number 800 786 913. The operation costs €1.00 for the first two Gift Cards and €0.20 for each additional one.
It depends on the store’s checkout system. In most cases, yes — you can simply split the payment into two parts. Just make sure the amount charged to the Gift Card is equal to or less than its available balance; if it exceeds the balance, the transaction will not be successful.
If your Gift Card has expired within the last 90 days, you can recover the remaining balance by paying a €9.95 fee. This fee will be deducted directly from the Gift Card. After renewal, the Gift Card will be valid for an additional 90 days.
Yes, the courtesy receipt should be given to the Gift Card recipient and kept carefully. In case of theft or issues, the receipt serves as proof of purchase.

Yes, there are tax benefits both for gifts to employees and for gifts to clients. Specifically, gifts to clients or suppliers are deductible up to €50, while gifts to employees are deductible up to €258.23 per employee.
You should retrieve the receipt issued when you collected the Gift Card. Using that receipt, you can request to block the lost card and have a new one issued for a fee of €5.95. We also recommend contacting the toll-free number 800 786 913.
