REPORTING VIOLATIONS – “Whistleblowing”

WALTHERPARK ensures the receipt, verification, and handling of reports regardless of the identity and status of the reporting person, whether they are an employee, collaborator, stakeholder, business partner, customer, or third party. Reports may concern acts committed by employees, collaborators, or any other person whose actions are attributable to WALTHERPARK, where there is a well-founded suspicion of violations of laws, regulations, decisions of public authorities, or internal rules such as the 231 Organizational Model or the Code of Ethics.
Reports can be submitted through the following channels:
e-mail: whistleblowing@waltherpark.com
mail WaltherPark S.p.A, Organismo di vigilanza, Piazza Walther von der Vogelweide 22, 39100 Bolzano (BZ), Italia
The receipt, verification, and handling of reports are entrusted to WALTHERPARK’s Supervisory Body, established pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
The utmost confidentiality is guaranteed with respect to the subjects and facts reported as well as the identity of the whistleblowers, in order to ensure that they do not suffer retaliation.
In addition to the internal reporting channels, in the cases referred to in Art. 6 of Legislative Decree 24/2023, reports may also be submitted to the competent public authority (ANAC).
